Description
Your child will cherish this large handwoven traditional Easter basket for many years to come. Utilizing variegated reed of blue, yellow, pink, purple, and green, this basket is made with a strong woven base and features a matching wrapped handle.
This classic basket beautifully demonstrates three different weaving techniques, decorative loops, a double-lashed rim, and an intricately wrapped handle.
Please choose which color you want as your “overlay.” That is the color you see running vertically behind all the loops and across the wrapped handle. Most of the photos show blue as the overlay color, but you can see the other colors as you look through the photos. The last photo shows all of the overlay colors you can choose from. Order this basket according to the overlay color you prefer.
The next-to-last basket photo shows this basket woven with just pastel yellow, green, and blue colors. If you’d like this basket, please order the “blue spoke” version and indicate in the “Order notes” field on your cart that you’d like these colors.
Can also be woven on a solid wood base, if desired.

This basket is “made to order.” Please allow 2-3 weeks to receive the basket from the time of ordering, except during our “Easter rush” months of January-April when it may take us longer to get it to you based on the number of orders we have already received.
