Description
“Live Simply” is a large, sturdy tote basket woven on a wood handle that is wider at the base and narrower at the top. This unique shape allows the basket to carry many items while the top accommodates an easy handhold. The open weave bottom allows you to easily shake out sand after using it at the beach.
Tote baskets are highly versatile. Use them as breathable farmers’ market baskets for fresh produce, stylish baskets to carry work papers back and forth, or practical travelling companions as you head off to the beach or mountains. They also make excellent, reusable gift baskets for birthdays or housewarmings. Makes a unique gift for that special occasion, such as a birthday, Mother’s Day, or a wedding gift.
We offer two versions of this basket. The photo with the country blue reed is our “Live Simply” design, woven with a traditional plaiting weave which makes it look a bit like a checkboard. The photo with the light sky blue reed is our “Live Simply at the Beach” design, woven with a plaiting weave which stacks the color reeds atop each other separated by a narrower natural reed. Both have tie-on embellishments that may vary because of availability. Other colors available upon request.
