These handwoven mini-basket Survival Kits are a perfect surprise for someone in your life who needs a little pick-me-up. Each of our fun Survival Kit baskets comes with a copy of a “Survival Kit” poem as well as each of the items mentioned in the poem. This version is named “Namaste” and features many basket weaving techniques and a lotus flower decoration on the front. Appropriate for giving to people in your life who are facing new challenges, such as a new job, new home, freshman in college, and other life events. Some of our customers just keep it for themselves!
Each basket comes with a copy of a “Survival Kit” poem that starts with:
“A stick of gum to remind you to stick with it.
A candle to remind you to shine brightly.
A chocolate kiss to remind you that you are loved.
A match to light your fire when you feel burned out…”
There are seven more lines, and then it ends with:
“A basket to keep it all together, and give you food for thought.”
And we’ve put together all 11 of the items in a small bag that is tucked into the basket along with the poem.
There is room also to include a gift card, hand sanitizer, sunscreen, or other small gift.
We’ve sold these to customers who have given them to friends/family who are battling an illness, facing a personal crisis, or benefited just knowing that someone is thinking of them.
