Processing Time

The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items. Remember that most of our baskets are “made to order” — we have limited inventory in stock.

Returns and Exchanges

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original condition that you received it. 
Contact us within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
 

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can’t accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items on sale
